autumn/fall is my favorite season (well, its a tie between fall and spring!). In Virginia, the leaves all change to such brilliant colors, especially if we've not had a drought during the summer. Its not freezing yet, still warm actually, but the skies are blue and it might be chilly enough for a sweater in the evening. You can sniff the air and tell that colder weather is coming.
Fall is upon us here in England as well, although it involves a bit more rain. The leaves are starting to change here, although I've noticed them on the ground before I noticed the different colors on the trees.
Today the sun was out and there was a nip in the air, so on my way home from church I made a detour to one of the parks where some of the trees were in full color (or colour, depending on what side of the pond you're on). I hope you enjoy some of what God showed me today :-)
